Dan Hall, Chief Builder Dan has spent over 27 years in the ministry, 21 of those as a Senior Pastor. He has led an inner-city church plant that grew to over 700 in attendance. With a passion for "turn around" situations and a heart for effective culture change, Dan led his next two churches, both in decline, into exponential growth. One grew from 850 to nearly 2,000 in attendance in four years; the next one grew from just under 2,000 to nearly 5,000 in attendance in 18 months. These churches launched numerous ministries within the inner city, planted churches locally and internationally, built orphanages in war-torn regions, and helped launch micro-industry outreaches in developing nations. At the core of these churches was the value of Kingdom investment: seeing both the call and privilege to share in passionate giving to God's purposes in the earth. Dan and his wife Hazel have six children and two grandchildren and live in Madison, MS. |

John Richardson, Communications Director For the last ten years, John has served as a church planter, senior pastor and author. He has helped plant churches in California and Mississippi. In 2010, God led his church to give away all of their tithes and offerings for the entire year. Every gift that was received was used to either: help hurting families and individuals, or support missions work. As a result, some families avoided foreclosure, abused mothers and children were provided safe homes, expensive medical bills were covered and several in the community came to experience the love of God in an entirely new way. John has written a book about this experience that will be released in early 2012. John and his wife, J.D., have 3 girls and live in Clinton, Mississippi. |
